About me

My aim is to provide you with a time and space where you can feel secure, truly listened to and understood. By doing this I hope that you will feel able to be open about the inner thoughts and feelings that are giving you difficulty or causing you pain.

Therapy gives you new awareness and understanding, which means that you can fully consider the choices and options open to you. The initial steps towards change can be difficult, but once taken can lead you to a happier and more fulfilling life.
